Amanda Poisson
Amanda Poisson joined the Eagles Nest Programs in May, 2022. You will see Amanda around all of our programs as our Program Director. She is certified as a Level lll Early Childhood Educator. Amanda has been working in the early childhood field for many years, in all different positions, and comes with a range of experience. She is excited to be a part of the Eagles Nest team as we continue to grow and develop the programs for the families in our community.
Amy Klasen
Amy Klasen came to Eagles Nest Programs in March, 2019. She is certified as a Level lll Early Childhood Educator. She completed the Early Learning and Child Care Certificate as well as the Early Learning and Child Care Diploma at Lakeland College. Amy has a range of volunteer experiences working with children and supporting families as well as professional experience in her previous employment. Amy is excited to be part of the Eagles Nest team as we continue to grow and develop the Eagles Nest Child Care programs for families and children in and around Edgerton.
Cassandra Kennedy
Cassandra Kennedy joined our Eagles Nest Team in August, 2022! She is certified as a Level III Early Childhood Educator and has experience working with children of all ages since the completion of her post secondary schooling. You'll primarily find her at The Daycare, but she is not afraid to jump in and help wherever is needed!

Amanda Hill is certified as a Level 1 ECE, and works casually throughout all of our programs.
Layna Freeman
Layna began working with our Eagles Nest Programs in January 2024. She is certified as a Level 1 ECE, and is the mom of 1. She works casually at our daycare program!
Justin Davey
Justin began working with our Eagles Nest Programs in August 2024. He is certified as a Level 1 ECE & brings a passion for rough and tumble play. Justin primarily works at our school program.
Susan Miller
Sue began working with our Eagles Nest Programs in April, 2025. She works casually amongst all our program and has been so well loved by the children!
Sadie Feener
Sadie has been working with Eagles Nest since May, 2025. She is working towards her Level 2 ECE Certificate. She works casually between both of our locations.
